Pruning, Verify and Garbage Collection jobs for Free PBS accounts

Pruning, Verify and Garbage Collection jobs are able to use quite some resources on Proxmox Backup Server. That is why we limit the configuration on these kind of jobs for Free accounts.

Verify-jobs especially are very IO-intensive and can cause serious load on servers if configured incorrectly. Also, since our servers are based on ZFS, the use of verifies is very limited.

Because of the load this causes, we have software in place that enforces the following policies for Free accounts:

1. Verification jobs are started at most once per week, between 12.00 and 21.00 CE(S)T
2. The verification setting 'outdated-after' is automatically (re)set to 30 days
3. The verify-new setting is automatically disabled
4. Pruning jobs are started at most once per day, between 7.00 and 12.00 CE(S)T
5. Garbage collection jobs are started one hour after the pruning job
