We are currently experiencing an outage of one of our backup servers pbs001.ede.tuxis.nl.
Status updates will be posted here:
- 16:55: We are investigating this issue.
- 18:21: We think we have found the problem, still investigating
- 19:00: The root cause has been identified, we are currently deploying mitigations to insure functionality of the system.
- 19:19: We have been monitoring the server for the past 15 minutes, no logs indicate any more IO errors. The underlying storage layer is still recovering, normal operations can be resumed. We deem this issue 'closed' for now, but will keep a very close eye on the situation.
