We are currently experiencing an outage of one of our backup servers. At 18.00 a number of error-messages occured. We are investigating this issue.

Engineers have stabilized the situation, the server is currently recovering from the many disk-hiccups.
We deem this issue as 'closed', but will keep a close eye on the server.

At 0624 alarms where received indicating issues with pbs007.
Investigation is ongoing.

We've had contact with our supplier and made a few changes to the setup. The disk-controller has received new firmware, cables have been replaced and connections have been reseated.
At this the we've moved the server to our office temporarily. PBS and the ZFS data pool are marked healthy again.
We again deem this issue 'closed' but will keep monitoring the situation closely.
