Creating an back-up of your Joomla site is always a good idea. With daDup you back-up to external storage. So when your hoster deletes your site or blocks access, you always have a back-up.

If you do not have an daDup account, click here to create one.

You can basicly follow the steps on the site of Akeeba but use the settings as in the images below.
