Impacted services: network - routing
Lately we are experiencing packet loss on a occasional basis on our core-routers in Ede.
We are looking into the issue with multiple engineers and have found some leads which we are investigating with vendor support.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this brings and are working to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Between ~11:52 and 12:15 we've been suffering from this issue again. We have gathered more information that can help us in investigating this issue further.
The issue arrises when the routers need to process a large amount of flows. We are debugging this issue with the highest priority.
Update 21-11-24 1503:
Between 2300 and 0100u we will perform emergency maintenance on one of the two core-router in Ede.

Last nights maintenance seems to have had a positive effect.
We will continue to monitor the situation.

Unfortunatly we detected some issues between 20:40 and 20:43 and around 20:55.
Update 25-11-24 1345:
On 28-11-24 between 2300 and 0100u we will perform maintenance on one of the two core-router in Ede.
The previous actions (on 21-11-24) have had positive effects and we will deploy these changes on the other core-router.
