Dear customer,
On februari 26th we have performed network maintenance, in which we upgraded all our switches in our datacenter Tuxis-1. Even though the maintenance was executed succesfully, on Friday we started to run into issues with the new firmware that was loaded onto the switches. The vendor has provided us with a new version of the software, which contains the fixes for the issues we have seen in the last few days. We will install this software on the switches in the abovementioned timeframe, which is an EMERGENCY maintenance window.
Impacted customers on this location are notified individually, but the following services will be unreachable for a few minutes during the maintenance:
- nl.dadup.eu, via HTTP(S), SFTP, SMB, RBD
- pbs001.ede.tuxis.nl
- pbfl001.ede.tuxis.nl

Update 05-03-26 0256: maintenance completed. New firmware has been installed on all switches at Tuxis-1. We will keep monitoring the situation for the coming days to make sure the problem has been fixed.
