Dear Customers,

 

At 00:30 we noticed packet loss on one of our routers in Amsterdam.  

At this time, you may have experienced longer loading times or unreachable platforms.

The router ran out of memory and was unable to handle certain tasks thus leading to degraded connectivity.
We have rebooted the device at 01:57 which restored the connectivity.
