Impacted services: tcc.tuxis.cloud, hosted VPS-es within portal.tuxis.cloud
Expected impact: Low, planned maintenance
On 28-01-2026 between 0800 - 1200 (CEST) we will be performing maintenance on our own TCC cluster
During this time, we will migrate machines from node to node to ensure no down-time.
We will post updates when the maintenance has been completed & verified to be stable.
[Update 1]
11:54, Maintenance has been extended to 1300, our apologies for the inconvenience.
[Update 2]
13:25, We are currently resolving some minor issues which have been the caused by the above mentioned maintenance.
As we can see now no customer VPS-es are experiencing problems, mostly internal Tuxis services are affected.
We will officially close the maintenance once these issues have been resolved.
[Update 3]
20:16, issue is still ongoing.
Impact seems to be mostly limited to Tuxis internal services that are running on this cluster.
We traced the issue back to IPv6 neighbor discovery on our switch infra. We are working with our switch vendor to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
[Update 4]
22:09, we are rolling back changes regarding the public interface configuration due to IPv6 neighbor discovery.
[Update 5]
23:26, rollback complete. We will continue to monitor the situation but all is stable at the time of writing.
