Dear customers,

 

We are currently experiencing intermittent packet-drops through one of our spine-switches.
This results in a unstable connection where high latency & packet-loss may be experienced.

 

We are still investigating the root-cause and will update this ticket.

 

[Update 1@ 04:03]:
We've turned off one of our transit providers that directly connects to location BIT-2C.
We will keep an eye on this behavior and determine if this stabilizes the situation.

We've identified the source of the issue, and neutralized it. This issue we were experiencing in the past months will be permanently fixed with the upgrade of the switches that is scheduled in the coming weeks, as we have executed today (https://support.tuxis.nl/en/announcements/article/emergency-maintenance-tuxis-1_closed).
